Aamir:I am an idiot,SRK intelligent

Aamir Khan has ignited the cold-war between him and SRK again by branding SRK’s detention as a publicity stunt for his upcoming flick My Name is Khan.

Recently at the international airport,an onlooker spotted Aamir giving tongue-in-cheek answers to a journalist.

    The onlooker says, “When Aamir walked in late on Sunday night, he was approached for an interview by a TV reporter. Since Aamir had returned from France, the reporter wanted to know whether, he too, like SRK, was stopped at international airports and interrogated for being a Khan. That’s when Aamir retorted that such checks are a routine matter. He also added tongue-in-cheek that, ‘No one checks me as I am an idiot’, obviously referring to his forthcoming film, 3 Idiots. Then he went on to add that SRK had a problem as he is very intelligent. Aamir’s obvious reference means that the fuss created by SRK about being stopped at the airports was a mere publicity stunt. Now it remains to be seen when SRK will respond.”

 

Khatron ke khiladi – Level 2 – Reality show

What’s it about?

Who’s in it? Action star Akshay

Kumar is back as the host on Level 2, played out in lovely South Africa. Other actors may have failed to connect with the formats of their shows, but with Kumar, there’s no such complaint. As the original daredevil of Hindi cinema and a martial arts champ, Kumar perfectly fits the profile required to host the show. He talks straight, is witty and sympathetic when required, but is also a tough taskmaster and doesn’t suffer fools gladly. As for the contestants, they include such diverse names as model Sushama Reddy, TV host Mandira Bedi, actress Nauheed Cyrusi and even, strangely, actor Saif Ali Khan’s ex, Rosa Catalano. Also getting their stomachs churned are reality show veterans Carol Gracias and Anushka Manchanda

Lovemaking scene with Saif special to Kareena

 

There has been a lot of talk about the lovemaking scene between Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan in the movie Kurban but for the first time Bebo has spoken about it. In a recent interview that Kareena said that the Rensil D'Silva directed movie is very special to her and every scene in the movie was very special to her as well. She added that the script required the scene and she had no qualms about shooting it with beau Saif Ali Khan.

On her ex beau Shahid Kapoor going great guns with the success of Kaminey, Kareena said that she loved Shahid's acting Kaminey and both she and Saif congratulated him for his performance in the movie. She was also in full praise of director Vishal Bhardwaj and felt happy that audience liked Kaminey which was an unconventional movie.

Main Aur Mrs Khanna to spark this Diwali

The film starring Kareena Kapoor, Salman Khan and Sohail Khan is a simple ordinary story set in a contemporary fashion. Targeted at the youth, the film also deals with the issues surrounding career over love which is one of the main reasons for an unstable marriage in today's time.

"It is an original film with original storyline. Coming from close people of mine, family friends. So it's sketched from there. So its completely original, no similarity whatsoever,"

said Prem Soni, director.
The film revolves around the lives of Samir Khanna, played by Salman Khan and Raina, played by Kareena Kapoor, who have a fairy tale marriage. Samir gets his dream job and the couple have a great life until one mistake ruins it all.
According to Kareena, the film has been made from the point of view of the woman and is a journey of a girl's life.

"For me, I think the girl's role was very strong. She is the protagonist of the film. Whatever story is told in the film is from her point of view. So it's a journey of a girl's life and after marriage, after she gets married to Samir, how she makes a friend and what happens. For me it was a contemporary idea and an interesting role for me," said Kareena.

The film is set to be released at Diwali.

Preity’s Happening item in Main aur Mrs.Khanna

Preity Zinta is following Aishwarya Rai’s Kajra Re footsteps as she has put on the item girl tag for special friend Salman Khan  in his movie Main Aur Mrs Khanna.

    Preity says,“It’s an interesting cameo. The song’s called Happening and I agreed to do it because director Prem Soni is a friend. And since Salman has played Prem so often, let’s just say this one is for Prem.”

Amar:I pray for better zubaan for SRK

The war of words continues between SRK and Big B’s politico friend Amar singh. Reacting sharply to SRK’s comment about wishing him good physical and mental health, Amar says,“He says he’ll pray for my physical and mental health. Why? Because I commented on his detention at the US airport? Please tell him that I’m fine, both physically and mentally. But I pray for a better zubaan for Shah Rukh. He must understand that I didn’t comment on him. I commented on an issue much larger than his detention. Where were those four central ministers who’ve been so vocal about Shah Rukh’s detention, when Abdul Kalam was detained at an airport? Why didn’t they speak up then? Why has Shah Rukh’s detention become a national issue? If it has, let’s immediately cancel all diplomatic ties with the US.” “Indians are stripped and frisked routinely at London airport. Amitji has been similarly detained in France and Switzerland. Have you ever heard him complain? And he isn’t even a Khan. My wife was detained at an international airport recently. Yes, that is why I stopped answering my fan mail. Yeh pehle bahut hota tha. I don’t like that sort of stuff. I can’t handle it.

Yaar agar kaagaz pe sign karna shaadi hai, toh maaf kar do mujhe, ki nahin hui shaadi meri. Waise toh agar divorce bhi sirf sign karne se hota, bahut se logon ke divorce ho chuke hain, bas papers sign nahin huye hain!

Katrina Kaif knocked out

Well not many can knock off Bollywood beauty Katrina Kaif off her feet, but one boy got successful recently while she visited Houston for Indian Independence Day parade.

    Katrina confirms, ‘Yes I was knocked off my feet. And I did fall. And considering it was a 12-year-old boy half my size, it did kinda take me by surprise. But I didn’t mind at all. I guess it showed the force of his love for me.’

    ‘When you go for these fan interactions you can’t be finicky about people getting too close and not giving you space, etc etc. They do want to shake hands, get themselves clicked, sign papers. I love to mingle with them. And I did so to my heart’s content in Houston and Chicago. So what if some of them got over-excited? Shows how much they love me.’

SRK: It's not publicity stunt

Amar Singh(Big B’s friend) took  a dig at SRK, claiming that he created an unecessary brouhaha over his US detention episode as a publicity stunt for his upcoming flick My Name Is Khan.

    When SRK is quizzed about the same he says, “It’s not a publicity stunt. My film is coming almost nine months later and it’s not a matter of pride to be questioned at the airport. I do not want to sound pompous, but Shah Rukh Khan does not need any publicity for any promotion. I don’t need it either for a film or for myself.”

    “Amar Singh is unwell, and I pray that he recovers soon with a healthy body and strong mind.”
